THE
OWNER shall mean Maureen McAllum, freehold owner
of the property.
THE CLIENT shall mean any person whose
name appears on the booking form.
A CONTRACT is agreed between the Client and the Owner
(on the basis of the information available on the web site or promotional
material) when a deposit is paid and written confirmation of the
booking has been provided by the Owner. It is the responsibility
of the Client to check that the written confirmation is correct.
ALL BOOKINGS ARE FROM 3PM ON THE SATURDAY OF ARRIVAL
TO 9AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
ALL BOOKINGS must be made by a person who has attained
the age of 18 years or more at the date of completion of the booking
form.
A 25% DEPOSIT is payable at the time of booking. On
receipt of the deposit an acknowledgement will be sent indicating
the amount of balance remaining. In the event of a cancellation
of a confirmed booking or the non payment of the balance of monies
due any deposit paid is NOT REFUNDABLE.
THE BALANCE of rental payable is due six weeks before
the holiday begins. If the Client fails to notify the Owner of any
delay in forwarding the balance of monies by the due date, the Owner
reserves the right to relet the Chalet.
THE NUMBER OF PERSONS occupying the chalet may not
exceed SIX.
DOGS are permitted in the Chalet at an EXTRA CHARGE
of £25 per dog per week. Any dog accepted must be kept
on a lead and under strict control at all times. Dogs are not allowed
on beds, furniture or furnishings belonging to the property.
DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT ON THEIR OWN IN THE CHALET. It should be noted that the beach from Hayle River to Black Cliffs
is subject to a dog ban between Easter and 1st October. The remainder
of the beach is not controlled by the Order.
THE CLIENT shall keep the property, its fixtures,
fittings and furnishings, in a clean and tidy condition. No items
may be removed from the chalet. The accommodation will be inspected
at the end of the holiday and the Owner reserves the right to charge
for any loss or damage found.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY or special circumstances
the owner (or appointed representative) reserves the right to enter
the accommodation in order to carry out maintenance or repairs in
the absence of the Client.
